MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT, WHY DON'T I SEE THE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Your order was shipped but it can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to show up in a carrier's tracking system. Note that international shipment tracking may take up to a few days to display tracking information.

WHAT IF MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS INCORRECT?

If the order has already been shipped it is your responsibility to contact the carrier. If they are unable to deliver the package it will be returned to our facility. Once the package arrives we will contact you to confirm the correct address and shipping charges.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FROM PROCESSING ORDER TO DELIVERY?

We have an average 3 day production and FREE 7-10 business day delivery. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PACKAGE HAS MULTIPLE DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, BUT NO PACKAGE IS RECEIVED?

If the package is not able to be delivered successfully as multiple attempts were made by the carrier, its the customer who is responsible for contacting the carrier to arrange for delivery. Otherwise, the customer may risk the package being destroyed by the carrier.

HOW CAN I MODIFY AN ORDER THAT IS ALREADY SUBMITTED?

We move quickly to cut, print, and ship your customized merch in the shortest time frame possible. Due to the nature of our business once an order is submitted it cannot be modified.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We move quickly to cut, print, and ship your customized merch in the shortest time frame possible. Due to the nature of our business once an order is submitted it cannot be cancelled. Because customized merch cannot be restocked, it cannot be returned.  All sales are final.
